We offer a wide variety of programs in stress management, mind-body medicine, emotional healing, self-empowerment, personal development and life transformation. Known as the leading global source for learning daily practices of meditation, yoga and Ayurveda, The Chopra Center also offers weekend intensives and teacher training certifications for those looking to deepen their practice. In addition to the weekly programs at the Center, Deepak, David and The Chopra Center family travel throughout the world to share the visions of peace, healing and wholeness.
