VERY VERY Good Stuff...
Mark Driscoll is a truely gifted speaker and teacher, something that is sadly lacking in many of the 'emerging church' circles. These sermons are very good and rock solid theologically. I personally am totally fed up with the whole 'emergent' scene and its lazy attitude toward theology, scripture, and adressing the 'hard' issues of life. Mark's teaching and Mars Hill's example as a church are an inspiring image of what happens when we reach out to culture without losing grip of our theology or our faith.

Mark Driscoll is a fabulous biblical communicator. His uncouth language and communication style appeal to everyone except stodgy, rusty pharisees and judaizers; while his unwaveringly reformed orthodoxy makes him the target for liberals and the "anti-fundamentalist" crowd (this is not to say that Driscoll is fundamentalist). As the old saying goes, "when you're being shot at from both sides, you're probably right where you should be!" This podcast will challenge and encourage you! It's become a regular part of my weekly routine and I've been amazingly blessed by it! I'm praying for you, Mark!

there are very few pastors, I truly admire. Mark Driscoll is one of them. His messages are convicting, funny, and challenging. He is a Jesus-loving, Bible Believing, prayerwarrior family man. the sermons are definately worth the listen.
