Great stuff
I have listened to the first three episodes and have found them to be great. Its so nice to hear others talk about this stuff and to offer positive advice. I also really like the breathing exercise at the end. I hope you keep making these.
Thank You
You have helped start my journey. It was your podcasts that helped me. Thank you again.
Listening to other men's stories & experiences is so helpful
Many male survivors feel that they are isolated and alone in their suffering, which is simply not true. This wonderful podcast is an encouraging way for men who have experienced sexual abuse to see that there are other men out there struggling to become whole again. I feel very connected to the guests on this podcast and am thankful that it is available. Keep up the fantastic work!
