January 2, 2012-Best of 2011 | This show features the best jazz, creative and improvised music albums that came into the CHLY music library and were released on to the market in 2011.There is some excellent music out there that was not featured on the show because not all artists and record labels send their music to us here at CHLY. In addition, in a two hour show only so much can be aired. It is impossible to feature all the wonderful musicians in our libary even though so many deserve to be featured for this show. To be fair and accurate this best of 2011 Rhythmaning show is only a slice of what is out there on the market for improvised music. Visit chly.ca to view CHLYs top 200 releases in 2011.
