Saad Ayub is a Canadian - Bangladeshi DJ and producer. Starting his musical career at the age of 18, Saad was an influencer in the dance music scene in his birth country of Bangladesh, landing him gigs there with the Ministry of Sound World Tours. He has firmly established himself as one of Canada’s top touring producers through original releases and remixes.
Saad’s style has evolved to incorporate a wide range of musical influences, particularly from the ever-evolving world of techno and its many forms. Founding VRTN Records in late 2019, Saad is cultivating a platform for like-minded artists to release music that pushes the conventions of musical genres and develops the sonic landscape of the future.
In the past, Saad has gained industry recognition for his collaborations with dance music legends such as Paul van Dyk, Ferry Corsten, Armin Van Buuren and Markus Schulz. He was also crowned as the breakthrough artist of the year by Paul Van Dyk in 2019 on DJ Mag and his track “Remember” was crowned tune of the year by Ferry Corsten in 2018 on DJ Mag.

I'm truly humbled by the amazing response I received from the crowd at Nomad in Toronto on February 17th during my co-headlining set. The energy was electrifying, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to share my love for music with such an amazing audience. With the help of a masterful selection of hard-hitting IDs and electrifying remixes from Katrii, Cory Goldsmith, and Sam Van Horne, I was able to create a sonic journey that kept the energy high from start to finish. The crowd's enthusiasm was contagious and cemented my desire to continue pushing the boundaries of my craft. Thank you to all who were there for making it a night to remember.

Ever since listening to my very first Tranced Podcast, it dawned on me how distinctive of a mixing style he had which caught my ears from the very first episode! Getting a mixture of genres from progressive to trance and to my favourite; psytrance! Each week I tune in knowing that its going to give me the feels, the hard stomping baselines I love so much and that pure euphoria throughout the entire show! I look forward to seeing what episode 100 will bring us but I will never stop supporting Mr. Ayub as long as I’m around!
