The debut album from Lilly Wood & the Prick was recorded in Paris in 2010. The duo, comprised of Franco-Israeli singer Nili Hadida and guitarist Benjamin Cotto, previously released an EP in 2009 that includes three of the tracks found on Invincible Friends. "Down the Drain," "Water Ran," and "Little Johnny" are served up here with seven new songs. The standout single is "Hey It's OK," which would easily fit on a playlist including the Dø, Onetwo, and other bands of the late 2000s.
