Children may choose to read the story themselves, or listen to the story as it is read aloud by the narrator.

The game section of the app ties in to the story – after reading about Jax’ adventure in the jungle, children search for Jax around boulders and behind foliage. Tapping these objects reveals what’s behind them. How many tries will it take before Jax can be found? Children try to locate Jax in as few tries as possible, and are met with encouraging music when Jax is revealed.
