Service is great. The app not so much

The service is great. The bikes are in good condition, they could been placed to more spots even further from the city center but that is understandable. The app on the other hand is terrible. I’m running latest version, on the latest iOS on the latest iPhone and it is so slow, a lot of crashes freezing and stuff.

Free Ride Charged

I've been using Rekola for months now as it is convenient for me whenever I am around Prague. I have both subscription using multisport(2*60) and Litacka (2*15) per day. I was happy until I noticed they were charging me extra. Apparently, if you would use the bike for more than 15 mins it would be deducted both on your multisport and litacka. So, you end up using the service twice only per day unless you ride the 2*15mins (lack subscription) first before riding 2*60mins (multisport subscription), not the other way around. I don't know if others realized this.

Hi, thank you for the review. Lítačka always covers first 15 min (until you run out of 2 rides) and if you exceed 15 min, you continue on MultiSport or any other tariff. Lítačka and MultiSport combined, you can end up with two rides up to 90 min or two 15 min rides on Lítačka and two 60 min rides on MultiSport. This is automatic, it cannot be changed. Very enjoyable!

I never biked much, not until I dicovered Rekola. I love the idea of easy travelling through the town with a healthy and efficient way! I had a bad expirience with a bike only once, and I can forget that, because otherwise, it was absolutely perfect! 5*
