Good, not great
Much more better than to use web page. But I see 2 big disadvantages:
A) why not to use one StarAlliance app? Or Miles&More?
B) why do not use Passbook as boarding pass storage. Now I have to check in app, receive SMS, download pass and keep it in open web-browser. Too much places for mistake.
LOT cancelled ticket without notification
I’ve had very bad experience today with LOT company. My fife has bought 3 tickets for our family for new year holidays from Prague to Tallinn and back. At the airport we’ve found out that one of our tickets was cancelled. Without explanation, without notification and money back (but I will write the request later). I don’t know what is in LOT’s management in the head if they let happen things like this! Next time I suppose to choose another company.

Missing very important functions
Okay, so when I download the app, I expect it will make my life easier and save time for CHECK-IN. So I was hoping that: 1) It will save my personal data as e-mail, Frequent Flyer Number etc and it will fill it in automatically at check-in - but it does not. Even though I have the personal account created and the info is saved there. (Especially the FF number, that is a pain).
2) If I check in in my mobile, I will have the boarding pass automatically saved offline - but it does not. Very irritating. So I am forced to take a screenshot... How elegant.
So basically all the reasons why the app should be better than website, are missing... Please do something about it.
(And just in case you were wondering, I dont care about all the other functions in your app. I just want fast and easy CHECK-IN.)
