Notification on iOS
What’s is happening with the notifications on IPhones? I receive them only when I open the app. If I don’t open it, I don’t get notified on lockscreen and even when the phone is unlocked the banners don’t pop up as before. All notifications setting are enabled both in the app and in the settings of the phone. It’s an phone 13 pro with the latest iOS version. Please fix this. Thank you.

Viber regular call was directed to mobile call
I am using viber already many years and this year already happened twice that my regular call from Viber with some unknown reasons was dirrected to normal phone call and I got charged for it from mobile provider. I sent the screenshots to viber support but they didnt try even check what happened and not come back to me. Currently I started using viber very rarely and carefully. I didnt expect this kind of poor support from very big known service. I have contacted my mobile
Provider and they said it has been VOLTE call, so it really was some problem on viber end… viber support is ignoring and closed my request!
