camera position
the camera is always set to the basic position after a few days. It could be solved by software.?

Crap
Use cameras 1 year and everything was fine but after first update didnt working. After numerous restart and factory basic settings just nothing. It working couple hours and didnt working again. How dificult is use a basic firmware from 5 years back? Its imposible because i cant download first firmware and 99% feed back from Yosee company is incopetent. Just iam sorry we try and other bla bla bla for 99% customers. Solution absolutely ZERO. Fuc… this piece of crap.

This cameras are crap!!!
I have 4 of them , you instal it and they are working for 4-5 days than stop working they are not online any more, u need to reset and install it again and again and again. Sorry such a crap I never seen in my life. This product have a purpose, but if the camera after few days is turning off and not working anymore, in this situation is losing the purpose they are made for.

Hello, we are very sorry for the inconvenience, regarding the offline problem, it is recommended that when the device is online: 1. First confirm whether the firmware version of the camera and the firmware version of the app have been upgraded to the latest. 2, after the offline situation can try to restart the router and camera to see if the camera will automatically go online. 3. If you often go offline and go online, you are advised to try to replace the wired link to make the network stable.
