Ich liebe die Eurovision CD's, aber dieses jahr muss ich sagen idt Deutschland echt am besten. die einzigen di enoch gut meiner meinung nahc sind sind Azerbaidjan und Albanien. Die anderen finde ich nicht so stark als konkurrenz !
What's the point of Eurovision Songcontest?
What's the point of the Eurovision Songcontest when what makes Europe so special are it's rich cultures and languages yet almost all these songs are in English? Lena is def a good singer but she's just a voice... nothing really all that special. A Danish song writer penned her hit song and nothing about her seems to represent Germany to me. I don't like Eurovision since it's basically all about who can make the best song in English which seems to negate the purpose of a multi-cultural pop music festival contest.
For the few countries this year that chose to have their representative song in their language, a big thumbs up to you! It may not be the 'popular' or 'cool' thing to do but it's so nice to be able to hear Dutch in new pop music track for example, or Finnish in a really stylish song.
