The illustrations are dealt out. They have one thing in common: a riddle. But watch out: only one image is the key.
It’s up to you to harness your wit and intuition to find this key without getting caught in your opponent’s traps.
iDixit: A surprising and rewarding game that will be appreciated by friends and family alike.
The game is made up of 84 cards illustrated by Marie Cardouat, a young Parisian artist known for her postcards edited by “éditions des correspondances”.

This digital version of the game has been optimized for iPhone and iPod touch. A wifi connection and a Game Center account are necessary to play with friends round a table or at longer range. You can even connect with players that you don’t know!
A tutorial comprised of a preprogrammed hand is included to guide you through the game and teach you how to use the interface.
No need to buy the game to be able to play! A Lite version of the app is available. The Lite version allows you to join a game, however it will not allow you to host a game session.
For long range play certain devices without an integrated microphone need a headset to allow the other players to hear your voice.
From 3 to 6 players.

- only players ready to play are displayed when creating or joining a game
- notification sent to all players when someone leaves, then game is cancelled
- when a player sends iDixit to background mode, he has 7 minutes to get back in game before being kicked
1.1 under progress (scheduled august 2011)
- chat module while in lobby and in game
- speed selection of game: blitz, normal and slow
- leavers will be flagged
- game will go on if someone disconnects, as long as 4 players stay in game

Das Spiel scheint toll zu sein. Zumindest hat mich das Tutorial neugierig gemacht. Es scheint nur niemand zu Spielen... Vll einfach kostenlos lassen und mehr Werbung machen???
Alles schön und gut....
.....aber ich habe es noch nie spielen können. Es scheinen ja schon einige Leute zu haben, aber keiner spielt...
Vielleicht wäre eine "ki" als Gegenspieler mal eine nette Neuerung! Also ich würde es wirklich gerne mal spielen!!!

Zum Glück habe ich nicht 3,99€ für ein nicht funktionierendes Spiel bezahlt.
