Wirklich tolle Idee.

Klasse Idee und Umsetzung. Als Unternehmer weiß ich jetzt sofort, wo es hängt und wo es läuft. Als Kunde habe ich das Gefühl, dass ich da, wo Ifeedback angeboten wird, auch ernst genommen werde. Kann nur hoffen, dass sich eure Idee vor allem in Deutschland möglichst bald durchsetzt und aus einer Servicewüste ein Servicewunderland entsteht. Jeder Servicebetrieb wird über kurz oder lang nicht um ifeedback herumkommen. Viel Glück und Erfolg den Entwicklern. Nur Mut und weiter dranbleiben.

:) coole Idee konnte sogar mein Feedback bei mc donald abgeben. Vielleicht wird jetzt ja mal ernst genommen was nicht so gut läuft.
