why was this edition made?
until this edition, there was no publicly available file with accurate machine–readable greek text. (there were various pdf–formatted scans but without ocr of the greek text, searching could only be done by human eye). this edition has a manually typed and corrected greek text. suggestions for any further corrections to the greek text that we may have missed are appreciated.
footnotes and page references from the original text have been manually converted to endnotes and section references.
