| 1 | VideoJamie's Ministry of Food - Quick Salmon Tikka With Cucumber Yoghurt | I love this dish. If you’re a fan of chicken tikka masala, give this one a go. You might think it odd to use robust spice pastes on fish, but it’s very common in southern India. When buying your fish, ask the fishmonger to scale it for you. | 14.10.08 | Kostenlos | In iTunes ansehen |
| 2 | VideoJamie's Ministry of Food - Banana Tarte Tatin | This is such a great recipe. The thing I love most about it is how simple it is. All you need to do is buy some ready-made puff pastry, split a few bananas in half and get something magical happening in the oven! | 14.10.08 | Kostenlos | In iTunes ansehen |
| 3 | VideoJamie's Ministry of Food - Omlettes | Omelettes are tasty and super-quick to knock together. | 14.10.08 | Kostenlos | In iTunes ansehen |
| 4 | VideoJamie's Ministry of Food - Sizzling Beef With Spring Onions And Black Bean Sauce | This works best with rice that has completely chilled down or, better yet, been made earlier and kept in the fridge. But if you can’t prepare rice for this dish in advance, you can still cook it and pop it into the fridge while you’re cooking the rest. | 14.10.08 | Kostenlos | In iTunes ansehen |
| 5 | VideoJamie's Ministry of Food - Everyday Green Chopped Salad | Chopped salads are incredibly simple to make – you have to give them a go. If nothing else, they can offer you some chopping practice, so why not make something tasty while you’re practising your knife skills? | 7.10.08 | Kostenlos | In iTunes ansehen |
| 6 | VideoJamie's Ministry of Food - Mini Shell Pasta With A Creamy Smoked Bacon And Pea Sauce | This is one of the dishes I cook for my kids, but to be honest, it’s so good that me and Jools always eat it too! Mini pasta shells are actually meant to be added to soups, but they’re so quick to cook, it makes them good to serve with pasta sauces. | 7.10.08 | Kostenlos | In iTunes ansehen |
| 7 | VideoJamie's Ministry of Food - Parmesan Chicken Breasts With Crispy Posh Ham | This is a great way to prepare chicken breasts. The texture of the crisp cooked prosciutto goes brilliantly with the tender chicken. Bashing the chicken out thinly before you start cooking means it cooks much faster than a regular chicken breast. | 7.10.08 | Kostenlos | In iTunes ansehen |
| 8 | VideoJamie's Ministry of Food - Chicken Chow Mein | This dish makes use of a tender, juicy Asian cabbage called bok choi, which is simple to cook and really tasty. You should be able to find bok choi in your supermarket but if not, then a nice litte gem lettuce or a handful or two of baby spinach works. | 7.10.08 | Kostenlos | In iTunes ansehen |
| 9 | VideoJamie's Ministry of Food - Fish Pie | This is a fantastically simple fish pie which doesn’t involve poaching the fish or making a tedious white sauce. Loads of good, fragrant veg are added quickly by grating them in. You can use whatever fish you like making this as luxurious as you want. | 30.9.08 | Kostenlos | In iTunes ansehen |
| 10 | VideoJamie's Ministry of Food - Meatballs and Pasta | Meatballs are fantastic! They're perfect like this, with one-minute home made tomato sauce and spaghetti, but you could also try them with rice, mashed potatoes, polenta or simple chunks of fresh crusty bread. | 30.9.08 | Kostenlos | In iTunes ansehen |

great thing
This is the best podcast ever. Jamie Oliver is a great cook and it is fascinating how easy it looks like to cook such delicious meals. But isn't it possible to publish more other podcasts? I mean, it is [just] "Ministry of food" and that is really well, but Jamie Oliver in "Oliver's Twist" or his "Great Italian Escape" have been awesome as well. So why are there no other podcasts with more episodes as well?! All in all, a great Podcast, but there are just ten episodes. I would like to see more =) (although I would like to give more than just 5 stars =) ) Greetings from Germany, Curry
It's great what you do, I hope you continue
Wow, what a suprise to find you here Mr. Oliver. For so long you have been a regular at my dinner table, unfortnately with an awful German voice. It was nice and interestering to here the original one. I am a rhetorican, teaching mostly in German, but I love the way you use your gesture and mimik and intonation to keep people motivated. Good luck with your project - good and reasonable food is so important. Cheers from Germany Judith
Thank YOU
Oh it was great I did all your recipes and the result was amazing!
Actually i'm from Germany...and i've been to brighton...And i really thought that the British
,not all but a lot (i stayed in a host family) can not cook. But you showed me the differece.
When i was in the UK my favourit meal was shapper's pie and in the afternoon tea and scones with clotted cream.
I'd love to have a recipe for scones and clotted cream and shapper's pie.
I hope you could arrange this
greetings and please so not stop making these fantastic podcasts!!
greetings from Germany
Tim
