Ob die fehlenden OVs von The Mentalist wohl jemals hier aufgeführt sein werden??????
Glaubt eigentlich Irgendjemand von Euch, dass unsere Rezessionen von Jemandem bei iTunes gelesen werden????? Es ist eine Unverschämtheit, dass man mittlerweile bei so vielen Serien soooo lange, bzw. in manchen Fällen schlicht weg vergeblich auf die Original Versionen warten muss (die Britische Serie Torchwood ist mittlerweile bei Staffel 2 und von der 1. Staffel fehlen immer noch die letzten 4 Folgen!!!!). Und wenn man diesbezüglich eine Anfrage per Email an iTunes schickt (telefonisch gibt es ja schon GAR KEINE Auskunft zu dem Thema), wird diese einfach nicht beantwortet!!!! Mittlerweile ist es einfach nur noch lächerlich! Wenn Sie wenigstens eine kleine Erklärung zur jeweilen Serie dazu schreiben würden!!!! Wenn es auch nur ansatzweise etwas Vergleichbares geben würde, würde ich keinen Cent mehr bei iTunes ausgeben!
iTunes... wake up!!!
All the German episodes of Season 1 are already available for download, but still no change whatsoever regarding the English episodes. Now we're altogether missing 4 episodes in English which means no new updates since 4 weeks!!! That's very upsetting & disappointing. Sorry, but the service iTunes is offering here is simply lousy & not customer oriented at all. The show deserves more than 5 stars but iTunes doesn't even deserve one single star for their so-called service. I truly wish & hope that iTunes would actually read the customer reviews & do something to improve things. I keep checking every single day for updates & every time iTunes lets me down. Seriously how can you make money if you don't even care to make the episodes available for download? I just don't get it. By the time you decide to update the episodes they will already be out on DVD.

Wirklich tolle Serie, aber ich muss mich meinem Vorgänger anschließen: warum dauert es so lange bis die Originalfassung zu bekommen ist???
