Influenced by equal parts of her mother's organ playing and her father's noisy automotive work, Heidi Mortenson grew up in a small town in Denmark. She later moved to Copenhagen to study modern dance and art, but ended up discovering electronic music. This resulted in a swift move to Barcelona, where she began an intensive study of electronics and electronic music.
