Again backed by the spare ambience of the group RinneRadio, Gierran heralds Wimme's growth since his self-titled debut — although remaining steeped in the traditional yoik style, there's a greater sense of mood and drama this time out, as well as a continued embrace of diffuse creative threads which makes his music harder than ever to pigeonhole.
