Wow
An album that will literally blow you away.
Very varied-middle eastern, orchestral, techno and rock all in one
An album like this is one of those which will not be heard or seen by many. But it deserves to be. Each song has its own style, varying from trip hop to middle eastern derived themes to electronica with elements of rock and orchestra. halfway till bliss is a great, war themed opener, the ace the only being a formidable follow up, with electronica, lots of vocals and some guitars. Most songs are very impressive, such as the supervillain type of rule the world, and the orchestra of the 6th and 7th tracks. Winds of Sand is a very middle eastern/techno, and something of a masterpiece. Steel run suits the name perfectly, and is quite sinister, while the dark and suspenseful themes of the closing track appeal too. However, the game falls slightly with 2 days or die, which boasts interesting music, but the singing gets some use to. My only huge reservation for this album being truly great is the confused mess that badly mixed hip hop with middle eastern and a vile female voice singing random words- Get rolled on.
The best album i've ever bought on itunes(so far)
i love this album, its the best album ive ever bought on itunes so far and thats no lie. a lot of the songs on this album remind me of music from the game metal gear. a lot of electronic music sounds like it dosent fit together to make an entire peice of music but this sonds perfect. there is essence of middle eastern music in some of the songs and it works with the electronic gitaur in some of the songs. some songs are quite "stealthy" and some are in your face with heavy gitaur and fast drums. the only bad song is get rolled on because of the annoying random vocals. my personal favorite song is 2 days or die, the lyrics take some getting used to but they are rigth for the song. i will definitely recommend this
