Great album
Brilliant album from a brilliant band. Bloc Party have a certain uniqueness about them
Great Album
Although i had heard the songs Banquet, Helicopter and Flux before, I did not consider myself a Bloc party fan, but when I saw this for sale in HMV for £3, I felt the loose change in ym pocket and thought " why not ". I listended to it in my car on the way home, and loved it. You will be awed by tracks such as Hunting for Witches, Prayer, Flux, Uniform and Waiting for the 7:18. ( HFW and Flux being my favourites ) And you will be mystefied by songs like Where is Home?, On, Song for Clay and Sunday. Then, you will be touched by the more subtle tracks like SRXT, Kreuzberg and I still Remember. Truly, it is the best Album I have heard ever, (although some may find too many similarities between songs like Kreuzberg and Sunday), but judging from what I hear, that is not going to be true in about 10 minutes, now i'm off to buy the other two.

The first half of this album is absolutley fantastic. Personally I couldn't stop listening to Hunting for Witches for a good few days, and 7.18 and the prayer are good songs. Flux is a little over-rated but is a good song and of course I still Remember is one to listen to. This album does get weaker and weaker as you go through it, but for 4.99 it's definately worth it. Bloc Party have a certain uniqueness to them that make them my favourite all time band.
