exceptional live album
electrifying tracks, soothing tracks, booming tracks, international tracks, and hymns! its all here, from the truly stunning vocals of lou fellingham on pouring out, to the soothing kate simmond's rendition of amazing god, to simon bradings burning opener happy day, and matt redmans atmospheric mighty to save. the good thing about newfrontiers albums is that they have a diverse range of songs from different writers. two phatfish, 1 hillsong, 2 tim hughes, 1 hymn, 1 international, and more. a very good album to listen to or sing along to or use in corporate worship
Much more than just music!!
So often "worship albums" are a misnomer because the band dominates the recording and it becomes a performance rather than a photograph capture of a time of worship. Newfrontiers achieves the impossibility here - I was privilidged enough to be at this conference and at times was so overcome by the Presence of God during the worship that I had to sit down. I love this album because it captures for me the high point that was the Brighton "Together on a Mission" conference 2007!!
