What a great sound
We saw David and his band The Pony Club in a tiny pub in Cornwall and they were fantastic live and made Alisons birthday. When we got back we downloaded the album and havnt stopped listening to it since. This is one of the best new performers in ages. The folky sound of the accordian and violin make the sound and the mix of this with the modern sound and clever writing is what music should be all about. Forget the big USA sounds and just sit back and enjoy some genuine and original home grown talent. If this chap and his band don't make it big it will be a crying shame.

I saw them this summer ...twice and i thought they were great clever lyrics ,catchy tunes and just pure talent ,it's such a feel good album way worth buying !!!!!!!!!!!!
