Album Review
Andy McKee is an American acoustic guitar player, known for his unusual and innovative finger-tapping style. McKee was an independent artist who released his solo instrumental records on his own, until he unexpectedly became something of an Internet phenomenon: the video of him performing his composition "Drifting" on YouTube garnered as many as 35 million listens. Art of Motion was his first album for Candyrat Records, and collected some of his older material as well as his most well-known YouTube hits such as "Drifting" and "Rylynn," the latter of which had 17 million listens.

Truly Inspirational !
This album is beautifully crafted. I heard little about this guy until he showed up on YouTube. I implore any sound minded individual to give it a listen and be blown away by the intricacies of Andy's playing. The guy deserves to be up there with the greats as his ability with a guitar surpasses most modern day guitarists!! You'll want to pick up and play after you hear this!
Simply amazing
Andy Mckee is a finger style guitarist, and one of the best. He produces songs with beautiful harmonies that make you happy and relaxed. Buy this ! Whatever music you are into, you will like this, well apart from rap, maybe :)
Impulse buy of the century!
Just a quick note for SlashRevolver - I'm into 'rap' (amongst other things) and I find this album purely amazing. I found him on youtube whilst bored and bought the album on the basis of Drifting. It has not only restored my faith in youtube and its effectiveness but music itself. From an emotive point of view his songs are inspirational, warm and very natural; the guitar is expressed to its fullest potential. From a technical point of view I don't seem to recall a better guitar player that can keep the songs human and soulful whilst displaying such virtuosity. Buy it now. You won't be disappointed.
