Your new favourite band
The All New Adventures Of Us, Tanaou, those chaps from Northampton or whatever name you'd like to call them; they're great and have finally released their first full-length! At £7.99 it undercuts all the CD retailers and thankfully it's on iTunes Plus, so you can copy it as much as you like to wherever you like. A mix between Elliott Smith, The Arcade Fire and some good British honesty, 'Best Loved Goodnight Tales' is an amazing journey through Jaime C. Macefield's storybook, one that will only grow with age. Highly recommended for anyone that likes good music. Enjoy!
A beautiful album
I was fortunate enough to see this lot support The Spinto Band in Manchester on Sunday night and they were phenomenal and so is this charming and poetic debut album. British bands just don't seem to make great records anymore (the sound of a soapbox being mounted), but this is the exception to that rule a fantastic body of work. It reminds me of Stars. Arcade Fire, Bright Eyes and strangely 'Steve McQueen" era Prefab Sprout. The Art Of The High Five is my personal favourite at the moment.
what a class band
I first saw these live when they supported get cape wear cape and fly this is going back 3 years and its great to see a band of such quality have finally released this classic album, it only takes one listen of this band predict that they will go far. i recommend this album to anyone who loves great music, £7.99 now thats a bargin
