Better sleep!
A beautiful voice with soothing results.
This actually works!
I have tried numerous 'sleep' CDs, music, meditation, the lot, nothing worked. Then I found this Better Sleep. I haven't heard the end of it yet as I just fall asleep which is brilliant considering it's just 23 mins long. The actual technique is so simple it's amazing. It certainly works everytime for me. If you are having trouble sleeping this could be the best £7 you've spent!
Finally...a great nights sleep!
Before listening to this tape I was plagued with broken sleep, nightmares and days without any 'get up and go'...this recording (another great addition to hypnosis from Ursula) has greatly enabled me to finally get a great nights sleep!
