Does it live up to the hype?
There is a huge buzz in the music industry at the minute surrounding Leona Lewis - She's being hailed as many things: From the 'new Mariah Carey' to Simon Cowell's definition of her vocal abilities as 'the best ever'.. so how does she fare with her new single "Bleeding Love"? - It is a midtempo ballad at it's base. But it's tightly packed with emotion. Emotion that grows and pulls you in with each listen - until you're captured into the brilliance of the song. The melody is simple, but the vocal is stunning! The lyrics are so heartfelt, they can make you weep :( It's just that classic situation of unrequited love; which has been the subject for the most loved songs ever. Stunning
After 10 months of waiting, Leona delivers with Bleeding Love. After seeing her flawless performance of it on the X-Factor, it's pretty obvious that Leona will be storming up the charts in years to come! The song is a smooth, emotional power/RnB/ballad, she deffinatly puts Mariah and Whitney to shame!
Amazing
