From the original master tapes? I think not.

Had this album been on preview BEFORE release I would have saved my money and just bought the tracks I wanted instead of the whole thing. Although the hype says that the tracks are remastered from the original tapes, THEY ARE NOT. Many of the earlier hits aren't the single versions we have been waiting for, still never released on CD, they are lifted off the Immaculate Collection.

This is LAZY LAZY LAZY and CHEAP. We're talking about a huge label and an icon of popular music, who can't be bothered to go back to original 1/4" tapes to get the single mixes that made tracks like Open Your Heart, La Island Bonita, Borderline and Vogue hits in the first place. Instead we get those iffy Q sound mixes from the early 90s.

This is WRONG. Buyer beware.

Oh, and why on earth is Miles Away on there instead of a number 1 hit like True Blue?

MUCH cheaper at Asda!

Great compilation, but it'll be a cold day in hell before I'd pay £12.99 for it. Got it on double CD at Asda for £9.71 yesterday.

REVOLVER is going to be huge on the dance floor, leaving the single CELEBRATION dead in it's wake. IT'S SO COOL (the bonus track) is also one to be appreciated rather than just considered an additional extra The rest is great, but yeah it is a shame her early dance floor hit GAMBLER has once again been left off yet another greatest hits album. Overall this release is a huge improvement over the somewhat disappointing GHV2 compliation album
