Digital Earth were one of over three hundred bands to enter a Facebook campaign to get an unsigned band into the charts. They were declared joint winners after four weeks and three rounds of voting and are now releasing the track, 'Charlatan Old Boy'.
Charlatan is an eclectic mix of Soulful vocals, MC, drums, bass, keys and Flugel horn.
This fresh and new and i urge you to have a listen to this band and buy this track i love it!

I love this track, I want to hear more from this band. Nice range of instruments, I haven't heard anything like this before. Fresh!
Fertility At Its Best...
What an intro! The stylish Charlatan-esque Hammond Organ sound; the flugel horn an almost haunting addition, and all underpinned by that intoxicating bassline: textbook musicality. The juxtaposition of crisp, retro MC-ing and cultured, soulful vocals from the female soloist shouldn't work. But it does.
If the rest of their material is as 'fertile' as the album title suggests, then take me on a ride to Digital Earth.
