Come and Get THIS!!!!!!
I downloaded his Christmas Song 'What A Day' and I've just purchased this new album. I love this guys voice, his piano playing and his fantastic band. Every song on this album is a treat. Why isn't he on my radio and tv EVERY day?!
Come And Get It......
....... I did just that and it's brilliant. Heard Elio Pace for the first time on Radio Two over Christmas on Terry Wogan's show and I loved his song What a Day and his voice. Although this album doesn't have any Elio Pace songs on it, which is a shame, it is full of great classic songs that I absolutely love. And again I love the way that Elio sings them (very sexy!!!), dare I say, I prefer most of his versions to the originals. This is by far one of the best cover albums I own and I would recommend it to anyone. LOVE IT!
Come and Get It
ELIO PACE - I hadn't heard of him until I heard one track on Radio 2 in June 2009 so I bought his current album 'A Seat at My Table' which is absolutely brilliant. I then had a look at his website etc and bought this 2002 album of covers which also is superb. Fantastic pianist / keyboard player, a truly great voice, and simply brilliant versions of some well chosen tracks. I thoroughly recommend this album as well as 'A Seat at My Table '. It's brilliant !
