Fantastic
This album is an absolute belter. Three fantastic musicians working beautifully together to produce what has surely got to be one of the ablums of the year. If you like The Bad Plus and EST, then this lies somewhere in between the two, and these guys can really hold their own in that class of company. If you can appreciate good music, it would be a sin not to buy it and have a listen......

Neil Cowley worked with Gabrielle, The Pasadenas, Zero 7 and spent four years with the Brand New Heavies. He has now formed a jazz trio with Richard Sadler on double bass, and Evan Jenkins on drums. This album won the award for Best Album at the 2007 BBC JAZZ AWARDS. It features stunning compositions and clear mastery of the 'light and shade' needed to really move the listener. I recently saw these chaps live and was convinced they are among the top acts I have ever seen. Loud..Louder...Stop! (the second album) was released in March 2008 and is a worthy follow-up. Buy that too. Do it now.
