Nas and Damian Marley bring it home!

With so much posturing, flossing and controversy in both the Hip-Hop and Dancehall worlds, this album is a welcome to return to form for both genres. But this album is more than just a good record it is an exceptional record... absolutely outstanding!! I listened to this top to bottom no problem, no fluff or fillers. Standout tracks like 'Leaders', 'Patience' and 'My Generation' put this record head and shoulders above anything that I've heard this year bar none! Nas is illmatic as ever whilst Damian Marley is lyrical fire!!! This REALLY is the BEST OF BOTH WORLDS...Jigga and Kells take note!

'Bout time

This is REAL music, true hip-hop and reggae perfectly mixed and excecuted- possibly one of the greatest albums of all time idk i haven't listened to it all yet but 'Friends' 'Lands of Promise' & 'Patience' are secured as all time classics i just hope they collab on a 2nd album. We all know Nas is really one of the best rappers alive, but Damian Marley is on terms with his deliverance of pure magic Jah!

Masterpiece!

If you love your Hiphop, this is a must in your collection! Plus, album sales for this album goes towards a good charity cause in Congo...a 'win' 'win' decision. I am in musical paradise.

By 1994, Damian was working on his own solo project, and with the help of his father's label, Tuff Gong, he recorded Mr. Marley. Also lending a familial air to the sessions was...
