A good solid set of tracks... keep it up!
I'm sure everyone is now familiar with the Hed Kandi connection to the new Fierce Angel compiliations. This is the first Fierce Angel iTunes compilation and I have to say I'm very impressed. You'll find a good set of both new and well known older tracks on this album, a very good introduction to anyone starting to follow this new label. I can say however that the fifth star has not been awarded as I feel that this album is just a little light in the way of new music. Overall this clearly shows what is truly missing from the recent offerings from Hed Kandi. I hope everyone at Fierce Angel keeps up the excellent work and compilations of this quality continue to come. Thank you Fierce Angel.
Up There With The Angels
This album is the great work of one of the best djs of our era. He has worked hard to set up Fierce Angels since the wake of his long-lasting, last project (no names mentioned), and has continued to deliver great music worthy of such appraise. This album is a worthy successor to Tokyo Disco, Es Vive, Beach Angel and FierceAngel, and I'm more than happy that we can all now buy Fierce Angels on I-Tunes. Keep them coming!
BACK TO THEIR BEST
I am glad Mark Doyle left Hed Kandi when he did because now he can continue the traditions he started all those years ago when I bought the first Nu Cool and Back to Love. It looks like this new label and his many friends who joined him there still remember why we love this music and also why we love their compilations. Its not just about the big money machine like M.O.S. seem to have turned Mark's previous label into, its about a passion not just of one man but of an entire group of people. These people love the music as much as those that buy it that is why I have every faith in a long future ahead for Mark and his team. I am looking forward to many more realeases guys. Cheers. D.
