NEEDS TO BE HEARD

Glasvegas. They need to be heard. I have been telling everyone for the last year about them. Their songs are works of art. Believe me. Put on Daddys Gone or Its My Own Cheating Heart That Makes Me Cry and close your eyes and just listen. This new single is up there too. Cant wait for the album.

Won't blow your mind but....

This band have very 1980's indie sound (think Echo & The Bunny Men meets Jesus & The Mary Chain). I've been trying to think if thats a good or bad thing and I've yet to come to a conclusion. It's not that different or progressive but they do have a big athemic sound and you can't help but hum along to this song after a couple of listens...To the 80's indie crooners it's probably a gem but don't believe the hype...Perhaps check out the aforementioned bands back catalogue (if you aren't particularly familiar with them) before making up your mind.

Cant bear this awful band

Just awful. Terrible lyrics and tune, which, by the way, isn't good. Life changing band? I could do better thanks. They aint no stone roses are they?
