First Great Album of the Year
Are you a fan of super Furrry Animals or Gorky's? Are you a fan of awesome psychadelic pop and genre bending welsh delights? Then what are you doing reading this when you could be buying Goodbye Falkenberg?
songs of cakes and ponies and other such delights and a veritable feast for the ears. Highly recommended. Plus any band who send a signed postcard with preorders of the physical album can only be a great bunch of lads who deserve success.

Race horses are a great band and having purchased their previous single Cake and the Man in My Mind EP, they didn't dissappoint with the album. Another great Welsh band in the tradition of Gorky's and the experimental genius of The Super Furries. Race Horses are by far my favourite new band.
The album is full of great songs, encompassing many different genres of music. Psychedelic mayhem drips through the album as you're drawn into the wierd and wonderful world the Race Horses inhabit.
A must buy for anyone who loves great songs with an intergalatic pop twist down a rabbit hole that leads to a world of collage cakes and monsters of the sponge deep. Get on to it!
