Album Review
Produced by Jacob Hansen, Guitar Gangsters and Cadillac Blood is the third studio album from Danish rock group Volbeat. Combining heavy metal with rockabilly, punk, and reggae, the 2008 follow-up to Rock the Rebel/Metal the Devil includes the single "Maybellene I Hofteholde," a collaboration with Swan Lee's Pernille Rosendahl ("Mary Ann's Place"), a tribute to Hank Williams ("I'm so Lonely I Could Cry"), and a cover of Jimmy Work's country standard "Making Believe." ~ Jon O'Brien, Rovi

Rock till ur drop !!
To be honest I have only just discovered Volbeat thanks to a recomendation from a friend (thanks Chris P) . This is a great album and if you like the Mixture of Rock and Role , Country and a little punk then you wont be dissapointed . My Favorite track on this album is "we" . The lead singer has a Unique voice,not alot unlike the so called King of Rock and Roll (you make ur own mind up) . His voice is a little more gruth but very powerful. The more i play this album the better it is . I have already pre-ordered the new Volbeat album being released 13th Sept 2010. This Band really Rocks !!

Been on repeat for weeks!! Honestly cant praise them enough. Was recommended to me by a friend and love it. Imagine if johnny cash were born later and raised on a diet of metal music you'd have it! First band in ages I've been inspired to not only buy the back catalogue but also fly to Germany to watch them live!
No regrets!!
Buy this & you won't have any. This is a great new find and has a great crossover feeling of rock n roll, metal and grunge. Can't recommend it highly enough. Now want to see them live!!
