A superb match
Three albums in, and the seemingly weird match of Mark Lanegan's voice and Isobel Campbell's songwriting and production skills are really settling down into a very satisfactory groove. This transatlantic collaboration of two unlikely partners is generating wonderful sounds, musically interesting, lyrically mature, and full of memorable songs.
