This rock song by the legendary and sadly late Ronnie James Dio, transpires well into a perfectly executed cover by Dan Reed.
Having not heard the original until recently, I can confidently say that Mr Dio would be a proud man, hearing this track given so much respect.
It has been included in Dan's sets over the many months I have seen him play live recently. Sounds equally as good acoustically as well as with a full band sound.
I hope it raises plenty for Ronnie James Dio cancer trust, Stand Up And Shout.
Reverence in song!!
A beautiful, faithful and heartfelt tribute to one of the worlds' greatest ever rock singers...Mr Ronnie James Dio. Dan handles this song with the sensitivity and reverence it deserves, and it clearly comes across just how much RJD meant not only to Dan, but also to Ronnies millions of followers worldwide who sadly mourned his recent death. Respect is truly given here.....
