As good as ever

It feels like Moby' music has grown with me over the years; every album reflects my changing tastes and Hotel is no different. It feels the most reflective of all his albums, giving plenty of time for quiet thinking. The signature of a Moby album is still there though. Lift Me Up is instantly recognisable as a classic Moby sing along track. The calmer songs are more predominant on this Album though so it won't appeal to everyone, even some people who have been fans of Moby since day 1. If you have enjoyed the changes to Moby's music over the years, this album shouldn't dissapoint you.

Moby is Ace

I love all of Mobys albums, this one is just another brilliant electronica masterpiece.

The Return Of The Real Moby

This album reminds me far more of the earlier Moby albums (such as Moby & Animal Rights) in that it's less instant and the songs have much more hidden depths than the pop albums Play & 18. While not being a heavy guitar album the tracks definately have an edge and the cover of Temptation is just inspired. This album will not be a big comercial sucess but it'll be one of those albums that fans will listen to for years to come.

Moby fused rapid disco beats with heavy distorted guitars, punk rhythms, and detailed productions...
