Album Review

Although not an honest representation of the band's character, this is undoubtedly their most popular work. The one-time addition of American Kit Watkins produces some fine keyboard lead work. Rupert Hine's resourceful production and appearances by Phil Collins and Mel Collins round out this strong import release. "Survival" and "Who We Are" feature some fine orchestrations, and guitarist Latimer delivers some exceptional lead work on the album's closer, "Ice."

ice tastic

This album was a soundtrack to my life many years ago and it brings back many memories. Some lovely vocal melodies on this but the stand out track has to be ICE. This is one of the greatest instrumental guitar pieces ever written and it still sends shivers down my spine. Buy this album just for this track alone.

Camel

After 20 yers returning to this album it's still quality.

ICSYHFE

A rich blend of classic techno pop with some fine riffs. Remote romance is hilarious. Still very good after 25 years of listening. Even my married children love it.
