Not your typical "road to joy".
Conor is my hero, and my favourite poet. This album is perfect, hence why it lacks the rawness and variety of "Fevers and Mirrors"-hence why I prefer the latter. Nonetheless, it is Bright Eyes, and is a million times better than any other artist I've ever listened to. You have to listen to it to understand what I mean. Poison Oak made me cry. Lua is just as amazing. I don't think I could ever get sick of this - there's always something new I notice every time I listen to it.
Conor Oberst what a God
Oh my god, what an album. I stumbled across this by accident and my God was I lucky to. This is easily one of the best albums I have ever heard. Oberst's lyrics are unbelievable. This has to be heard to be believed. GET IT NOW! You won't regret it.
