This song is sooooo brilliant. It slots right into what is BIG right now....I love edeis sound...its so distinctive....BUY THIS I WANT TO SEE HER GO FARRRRR
In My Bed
It's a good track, it would have been better, say a year ago, where this sound (Duffy/Winehouse/Cilmi/etcetc) still had relative popularity, where the soul diva sound had not yet gone stale. It's an unashamed bandwagon jump, yet falls a little short. The track itself is fun and enjoyable enough, though perhaps not that memorable.
Edei, I am sure will go far, as there is no denying she has talent, but it seems that she needs to rethink her sound, this Adele/Paloma-ness has began to grow old.. Oh and don't even get me started on the positively atrocious video..
