This is an excellent album from a unique & fresh artist with meaningful lyrics & superb music all written by Martin. Varied styles & undertones make this album into one which is changeable & refreshing with each track, unlike some albums which you clock off after the first couple of tracks. Extremely recommended. Miss it - Miss out !!!
If Nick Cave and Tom Waits had one too many and got 'together'.....
Great songs, written and performed with great feeling, deep and moving, dark, brooding and all round good music, great Monday AM - on the train - hangover cure.....
Northern soul searcher with light at the end...
Great mix of conversational lyrics and moody soundscapes...no two songs the same..and "Driven" is a corker...great strings.! More to come? Hope so!! Buy It & your collection will be enriched with a genuine heart&soul growl...
