SIIICK.
Been looking forward to this album for ages and it didn't disappoint. Ignore the bad reviews. They're unavoidable for a band like this who genuinely try to make music that doesn't sound like everybody else. It's quite funny though... It's like when the stupid kids in school didn't get something and got really angry about it.
Short but sweet
Wonderful album, great exploration of creativity by a very very talented lady. Yes it's expirimental, but people being expirimental moves music on, she's an amazing producer and artist with a distinctive sound. One day we are going to look back and thinking "wow she really did amazing things for music" i believe Bjork didn't get amazing reviews when she first started. The best artists are never the ones that everyone likes, takes people a while to realise how good they are!
Nice One!
Good to hear something that sounds like they made because they wanted to make some original music! You see the word "indie" or "experimental" applied to far too much music today that really does not warrent it. Glad to say this is an exception :) Oh and if you've not seen them live yet, get to it!
