Alex Clare is a British songwriter who creates dubstep-influenced electronica, on which he also sings. The Lateness of the Hour is his first full-length album, and was produced by Diplo and Switch, who are best known for their work with M.I.A. and their Major Lazer project. This guy is a genius, mixing great lyrics and dubstep, he's covering all the bases. Very good album and I fully agree with previous reviews about supporting this artist all the way, I look forward to more of the same

Excellent emerging talent!
Been waiting ages for Alex Clare to release his debut album but entirely worth the wait. Having released 'Up All Night' and 'Too Close' as singles in the past 8 months it's refreshing to see that the rest of the album keeps up with the quality. So refreshing to see an emerging British musician with actual talent write excellent songs. The production on the album is superb too. A must buy!!!
