Awesome

I love this album, not very often the old blues songs get redone but still manage to keep that little something about them that made you like them in the first place.

I really do like Hugh's individual touch on them and have discovered a few new 'old' blues artists whilst working out who done the original versions of some of the songs - god knows where he first heard them! Wouldn't mind 10 minutes with his record collection though.

I was watching something on tv a while ago with Hugh talking about his blues influences and he was playing a few songs on the guitar that were fantastic, would love to hear a blues album by him doing some of the old songs with the guitar.

Had a search through iTunes after I got this and was really surprised this this his only/first album as he's obviously a great musician. 10 outta 10 from me for this album though.

Stick to acting, Hugh

Sounds like your uncle doing karaoke. Or a wealthy actor indulging a whim. That is to say - it just doesn't work.

Let them talk!
