Superb melodic neo-prog
This is for people who like IQ, ARENA & co. Very fascinating hooks and extremely proggie. I am not good at descibing music but would say that if you are collecting Glass Hammer for the first time, start with this. You won't be disappointed. It is in the IQ, Arena vein but has a character of its own. Glass Hammer have been added to my personal list of must-have prog bands. Really gorgeous with plenty of epic-like tracks

Glass Hammer began in 1992 when Tennessee musicians Steve Babb and Fred Schendel got together and began writing for a progressive rock concept album. That album, Journey of the Dunadan, was released the following year. Since the two men were basically the entire lineup of the group and played all of the instruments on the album, they would need to recruit musicians to perform the material live.
