Lights Out, Rick Astley

Lights Out showcases Rick's songwriting & vocal talents perfectly.
The Andrew Frampton production provides an edgy, contempory feel to the catchy pop track, which is Rick's first UK single release in 17 years.

Don't expect Lights Out to be a re-vamp of the 80s pop sound that made Rick famous - the 'new' Rick has a richer, deeper, stronger more mature sound, perfectly supported by strong orchestral backdrop.

Slightly reminiscent of recent Coldplay and Take That releases, Lights Out should compete well in today's market, & put Rick back into the mainstream chart.

Return of the Rick

Went to see Peter Kay on Saturday at MEN Arena and was surprised to see Mr Astley as the support! He was fantastic and great fun! Perfect for the evening. His new song really blew me away and was performed with such feeling, I searched iTunes for it as soon as got home but couldn't get it till Monday. Then to top everything Radio 2 have picked it as their song of the week!

Good luck Rick hope it sells bucket fulls for you!!
