Just joshing.

The xcerts have released a great little ditty with this e.p. Capturing our dreams in an 8 song journey taking us from the energy infused hope dashery of 'beige' through the quirksome toopsomeness of 'aberdeen 1987', climaxicating with the flipflop of 'just go home' and the mishmashmosh of 'i see things differently'. The album only deeps whenever the bumbling bafoon mcleod decides to interact tween songs. Shut up! Nah just joshing. He hates that.

Originally formed in 2001 in the headmaster's office of their Aberdeen, Scotland school, the Xcerts comprise Murray MacLeod (lead vocals/guitar), Jordan Smith (bass), and Tom Heron (drums). It wasn't until 2006, with the departure of original drummer Ross McTaggart, that they really began to progress and subsequently relocated to Brighton to concentrate on their music.
