Hooray!
A really very good live session, infact the best recorded Fratellis songs you'll ever find. This album takes advantage of the fantastic music of The Fratellis, knocks it up a notch and hands it over to you to enjoy again and again and again. All the songs are bloody brillaint! This is the best thing I've ever bought on iTunes...
Live and accoustic from London
I was lucky enough to win free tickets to the apple store on the night this was recorded, It was indeed a freezing night and having waited outside for hours the Fratellis didn't dissapoint, having flown back from Berlin the band were obviously tired but still put on a classic set. Ole black 'n' blue eyes kicked off proceedings with just Jon and Barry, then Mince joined them on second guitar for Creepin' and the rest of the show. All the songs they performed on the night are here and despite the odd mistake or bum note (which you can here the band apologise or swear about) these are unique accoustic versions of songs on the Costello music CD. Chelsea dagger got the best reception from the audience on the night but all these songs are worth buying for any Fratellis fan. Also go to Thefratellis.com for some quality free MP3 downloads.
good music but QUEUE!
great music etc, heard it through the cracks in the doors at apple store regent street. on a freezing night it would have been nice if they had told the 1000 people in the queue they were only letting in 50 without tickets!! thanks apple! there was LOADS of room you could have easily let us in! but yeah music is good buy it if you didnt even have the chance to be in the queue!
